“I had attempted previous to Robin to gain a loan from other brokers. All sounded positive, but I would be constantly chasing them for updates. They would be slow to respond and when they did, they would ask for more information. Very relaxed on their approach. Totally different from their initial contact with me. As my settlement neared, and with no option to pull out of the contract of sale, I was facing losing my deposit.

I had mentioned to a friend of mine, how I was struggling to get the finance to a home I had purchased to move into with my family. He asked me if I had spoken to Robin yet. He saw by the deflated look on my face, I had not. So, I gave Robin a call upon receiving his number. I must say, the enthusiasm was definitely positive on his side. I explained the position I was in. I informed him that we had very little time to do all of this in. But, what I learned in the short time I dealt with Robin was. His enthusiasm and positivity is his true trademark. His comment was ” Not a problem buddy” Here I am thinking, here we go again. My deposit has just gone down the drain. I have lost the home for my family. So much was going through my head.

Robin however. He was working his magic. He would email me everything he would require for the process to begin. Then he would follow up with phone calls, if I was a little slow in returning information he required. He would ring informing at what stage of the process the loan was in. He would always sound positive. “It’s not going to be a problem buddy, we will get this”. Were his comments to me. He would make me feel like this loan was his own personal loan. That right there gave me comfort and trust in him. He never promised me anything that he couldn’t deliver on.

Settlement was due on the Monday. Robin called me on the Friday before settlement saying ” Congratulations buddy! It’s all done” It was the best thing I had heard in a very long time. After thanking Robin on many occasions in that phone call. I rang my friend and said “This guy is amazing! And to do what he did in such a short amount of time, is amazing. Thank you for passing his details on”

I cannot be thankful enough to Robin and his team. I have highly recommended Robin to friends of mine and I believe many of them have started their process with him.

I definitely will be using Robin for all my financial loan requirements.
